Something looks wrong in the sky or in a reading

Send the date shown and what you expected. The sky in HALUNE is calculated and checked against NASA’s JPL positions and eclipse lists, so a wrong birth date or place is the usual cause.

I don’t know my birth time

Choose “I don’t know” on the birth-time step. HALUNE leaves out what needs a time (your Rising and houses) and never guesses. You can add it later in Settings → Birth details.

I want to change my birth details

Settings (the gear on You) → Birth details.

I want fewer or no notifications

Settings → Daily note. HALUNE sends at most one a day and never reminds you that you didn’t open it.

Does HALUNE predict things?

No. It shows what is in the sky and asks a question. The sky is the occasion, not the cause.
